How we got here…

Leda Advisory Group was born to partner with growth-stage startups to transform and empower entrepreneurial businesses to rapid and sustained growth. Founder and CEO Ann Kono spent a career elevating highly complex, growth companies to succeed. Ann felt she could apply those same tested techniques to help early stage companies focus on a path to sustained growth and eminence.

SPACER

Since forming Leda Advisory Group, Ann has met with countless companies who all share a similar dilemma. Each company knows how to deliver a distinctive product or service. Each company’s founders are too busy focusing on the microscopic vision of running the business. Each company could benefit from the big picture scale experience to design and engineer value creation, funding and/or exit strategy.

Leda Advisory Group is looking to partner with high-potential founders who have already developed a market leading revenue generating business.  Our focus is to partner with you to guide your business to that next stage of growth. We will work with your vision, fully examine your business to close any gaps and maximize the growth potential.

“It’s our mission to help nurture and grow thriving companies.”
